Rum Hot Toddy

Angostura aromatic bitters infuse this warming winter drink with a kick of herbs and spice.
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
2 measures rum
2 measures boiling water
½ measure lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
3 drops Angostura Bitters
1 slice lemon, studded with 2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
METHOD
Combine all of the ingredients in a glass and add a cinnamon stick.
Goes deliciously with Claire's Spiced Orange, Angostura Aromatic Bitters and Golden Syrup Upside Down Pudding.
